Do you know that in order to keep your heart healthy and your weight under control, you should walk at least 10,000 steps each day? This May sound daunting, but many are doing everyday activities such as running errands or doing household work can add up to a few hundred or a thousand steps for you.

to maintain health and make sure you achieve 10,000 steps each day, here are some simple and easy exercises you can do at home. These exercise routines not only help to make you fit, but will also tone your body as you work on a specific muscle group. They are much more effective than general exercise such as running errands and doing house chores. Here are simple exercises you can do at home:

- stretching exercises. Stand with both his hands against the wall and move your left leg back so that your foot is flat on the floor. Hold for a few seconds, then repeat this step with the right foot. Another great stretching exercises you can perform is to lie on your back, use both hands, bring up your right knee to your chest and hold it for a few seconds. Repeat this routine with your left leg.

- Curl is very easy to do. Just lie on your back with both hands behind your head and lift your upper body. Repeat this move for 15-20 times.
