Believe it or now, you can lose weight without exercise. Many people think that the only real way to lose weight is to eat healthily and getting down to the gym and exercising. It is simply not true. There are many ways to lose weight.
It is actually possible to eat yourself thin. It involves changing what you eat and when, because eating pizza and greasy foods take just not going to cut it. Sorry! However, you can eat some of the 'bad' things and still get results.
You see I put in a lot of weight after I broke my neck in a car accident. I got a really great, because I was depressed and turned to junk food as a consolation. I ate a lot and began to pile up really fast. I'm recovering from this nasty accident and I was told to take it easy so I'm pretty limited with what I could and could not do so I got very depressed and quite fat.

The first thing you need to know that your parts have to be much smaller. You can not expect to eat until you are filled with every meal, as this will only cause you to keep putting on weight. Now I've been testing this a lot, and I feel 'full' is really great, actually I like it. But I noticed that I felt much better when I just ate until I was about 75% -80% full. It's amazing how much less bloated you feel and how much more energy you have.
You should give it a go. Obviously more to it than just eat until you are 75% -80% full, but it is important to help you lose weight without exercise.
