Do You Hate Exercise?

According to everything we read from the experts, we all need to exercise every day. "They say" it's good for you and once you get into a routine you will actually begin to enjoy exercise.

And I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I think that the experts are crazy if you think that most people are going to enjoy vježbe.Istina is, most of us hate to exercise and just do it because we feel that we have or because you want to lose weight.

If you do not think that statement is true, ask yourself this question "if you do not need to lose weight or improve their body shape, I exercise more?" I bet that if everyone told the truth to find that at least 75 or 80% of us would not have achieved if they had a choice.

So, when Serena Williams, one of the best players in the world confirm this conclusion not surprise me. Here's what he said: "" I do not like working out, I do not like anything that has to do with physical labor. If you are a sitting position or shopping, I'm great at it. "

It has long been known that prolonged strenuous exercise leads to burn out and many people, including professional athletes just give up on exercise altogether. You need look no further than all the professional athletes who show up on the advertising of diet products. Most have been or are overweight and out of shape, and after the glory of the diet is over, they will probably end up right back where they were.

My point here is not to pooh-writing exercise, it is noted that for most people exercise is not something they enjoy. Continuing to push it on people is not the way that people in better shape or make them lose weight, because no one likes to continue doing something you do not like.

Instead of promoting exercise such as weight lifting, aerobics and other forms of monotonous activity, we should be encouraging people to get off the couch and go do something physical. Walking, getting involved in sports, working in the garden or even walking the dog, promote weight loss as well as going to the gym for an hour.

Do not let well-meaning experts assure you that exercise because exercise is a good thing. It is not, especially when it is promoted as a way to lose weight. Starting an exercise program, then giving up is just as bad as starting a diet and giving up. It is discouraging, disheartening, and encourages a sense of failure.

exercise alone is a bad substitute for everything and rarely provides the kind of weight loss promotes their lawyers.
