Why Should College Students Exercise?



College is very important and exciting period in your life. During these years, you will experience many new things, meet new friends that we hope you will keep for life and do many things that will help you define who you are and more importantly, who you're going to be behind his life. As with all great things in life, however, with all the possibilities and opportunities that school offers, it brings an element of risk, and no small amount of stress.

Whether or not you were active in high school, you should strive to be in college. If you participated in many sports in school, then it is always a shame when you stop just because you're in the new environment. You do not have to be the star of the team or anything, but find some people to play their favorite sport with, or go running or swimming or cycling or even walking regularly. If you have not been very active so far, and then begins a new life in college is an excellent time to start.
