Grounding Meditation
Grounding Meditation is a technique that connects you to the earth and nature. It makes you feel grounded and stable and balanced and great preparation before meditation exercises to practice different types of energy work and meditation. Grounding Meditation also can be practiced only as a way for you to feel peace and tranquility. This is a very pleasant type of meditation and if you really try to use your imagination to visualize, it will give you some really good results and you feel really wonderful afterwards. So try this simple meditation technique and really try to feel the energy of the earth and how it combines with the energy body.
Before you begin, you must find a place where you do your meditation. It must be quiet and peaceful place where there are no obstacles in the vicinity such as your television, mobile phone, computer, etc. You will also have to make sure that no one will interrupt you during meditation, and thus steal your focus . So, sit on a chair in this route and need some time to calm down until your body is calm and you are ready to continue. Let your feet be placed flat on the ground.

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Close your eyes and take a long deep breath through your nose and let it fill your belly and chest. Exhale and feel the air is able to eliminate worry and negativity from your body and mind. Take another deep breath and focus on your muscles and negative energy here. Breathe the air and to feel more relaxed and calm.
2 step
Now focus on your legs and feet. Imagine that the roots grow very slowly from your feet and on the field every time you exhale. So, take a deep breath and then exhale the air through your legs as your roots grow even longer. Imagine them move through the soil and the soil and reach the center of the country, where the glittering ball of energy.
Step 3
Now see and feel the roots absorb energy from the energy ball and filling the whole body with energy. Continue to absorb energy until you feel all the energy, and then pull your roots and take a moment to feel your new level of energy in your body before you slowly open your eyes.
